Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of services and offerings provided by VMTech DOO Beograd (Tax ID: 114779614, Registration Number: 22069152), registered in Serbia. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and VMTech DOO Beograd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
1. General Provisions
Use of the Company's services implies full acceptance of these Terms. If the Client disagrees with any part, they must cease using the Company's services.
2. Provision of Services
The Company provides services in the fields of web development, IT integrations, business process automation, digital marketing, and related technologies. Specific terms and scope of services are defined in the contract or technical specification signed between the Client and the Company.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. Obligations of the Company
- Provide services in accordance with the agreement and technical requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the Client's data.
- Inform the Client in a timely manner about the progress of the work.
3.2. Obligations of the Client
- Provide necessary information and access required for the provision of services.
- Pay for the Company's services in a timely manner.
- Not use the Company's services for illegal purposes.
4. Cost and Payment Procedure
Payment for services is made based on the issued invoice. Payment methods include bank transfer in RSD, EUR, or USD. The Company reserves the right to suspend services in case of payment delay exceeding 10 business days.
5. Liability of the Parties
- The Company is not liable for losses incurred due to improper use of the services by the Client.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure, actions of third parties, or technical malfunctions beyond the Company's control.
- The Client is fully responsible for the content of uploaded data and its compliance with the laws of Serbia and the EU.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Client agrees to the processing of data necessary for the provision of services.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the developed software, design, code, and other materials created by the Company belong to the Company unless otherwise specified in the contract.
8. Changes to the Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms. The updated version of the Terms will be published on the official website.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising in connection with the execution of these Terms are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Serbia.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Company. Use of the Company's services implies full acceptance of these Terms.
